Pattaya Streets Flowing with Stolen Chinese Gold.....
Pattaya One News reports that at 11pm, on the night of August 8, yet another Chinese tourist fell victim of the Pattaya gold chain-snatchers.
The thirty-nine-year-old Chinese national left his hotel in Naklua Soi 14, with a group of friends to go and buy food in the nearby main Naklua Road. He had noticed a man sitting on a motorbike, wearing a face mask, but paid little attention at that time.
On the way back he saw the man again who approached and punched him in the face. As he called his friends the man grabbed his gold necklace, worth around 50,000 baht, and managed to ride away before the rest of the group could reach him.
Commentary: The streets of Pattaya are literally flowing with stolen Chinese gold! So unless you want to make your own personal gold donation please leave the bling at home boys and girls!
